      - Provide knowledgeable and respectful responses without relying on scripts

      - Address customer concerns with empathy, ensuring exceptional service and member retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
      - Prior work experience in a customer service or sales role is required
      - Must pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - Computer fluency and knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in addressing customer concerns via phone, digital chat, social media, and SMS/text
      - Knowledge of self-defense and familiarity with firearms is preferred but not necessary
