      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Stay updated with technical advancements and drive system architecture and software development processes
      - Lead and mentor teams in implementing complex systems, fostering a culture of technical excellence
      - Prototype, research, and code scalable, consumer-facing systems
      - Collaborate with business and product teams to achieve long-term business goals
      - Participate in code reviews, operational reviews, and architectural discussions to uphold high development standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 12+ years of software engineering experience in building highly available systems
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
      - Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Java
      - Experience with data engineering, large datasets, and databases including vector and big data technologies
      - Proven track record of building successful software systems from inception to deployment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area with 3 years of software engineering experience
      - Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
      - Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LLMs and Cloud-based AI platforms like GCP Vertex AI or Azure
