What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategic user research initiatives across the product development lifecycle, ensuring exceptional user experiences from discovery through post-launch evaluation
- Design and execute mixed-method research studies to uncover deep customer insights that drive tactical improvements and strategic design direction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine research questions addressing immediate needs and long-term experience goals
- Transform complex research findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders to enhance user experience
- Establish ongoing experience measurement approaches to maintain high user experience quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/Design Researcher working with digital products and services
- Experience planning and conducting various research methodologies, including usability testing, concept testing, user interviews, and surveys
- Proven ability to lead complete 'end-to-end' user research projects from defining research questions to delivering actionable insights
- Mastery of diverse research methods across generative and evaluative research
- Bachelor's degree preferred
