      UX Writer/Content Designer Sr - 100% REMOTE

      Schedule: M-F, 8-5 or 9-6 CST (regardless of contractor's time zone)

      Location: 100% Remote (unless in SAT, then Hybrid with 4 days per week in the SAT HM office)

      Daily Duties
      Our user experience writers use Figma to create their content and layout - sometimes they use MSWord. SEM rush is used for keyword research.

      Required skills
      • User experience writing or content design (4 years minimum)
      • UX Certification Required
      • Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (4 years minimum)
      • Experience working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences
      • Proficient with Figma
      • Other Tools: SEM Rush and MS Word
      • Strong Portfolio or writing samples - A MUST!
      • Experience writing for servicing and onboarding flows, storefront pages, omni-channel, text messages, push notifications, emails
      • Ability to write in a conversational tone
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      • Ability to use constructive feedback and adapt writing style when needed
      Preferred
      • Financial Services industry writing experience
      • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
      • Familiar with AI prompt writing
      • Intermediate use of design systems/content management systems, intermediate knowledge in Figma and experience in financial/insurance services are a plus. SEO writing experience is also a plus.
