What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage strategic relationships with consulting and brokerage firms at multiple levels
- Drive indirect revenue growth through consultant and broker channels related to leave and disability solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic priorities
- Elevate the employer's presence as a thought leader in leave and disability administration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consultant feedback informs strategy and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Significant experience in consultant relations or benefits sales within the leaves, absence, and disability ecosystem
- Proven ability to drive measurable influence and revenue growth through consultant channels
- Experience managing complex relationships within consulting and brokerage organizations
- Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence

- Deep familiarity with how leave and disability consultants evaluate vendors and influence employer decisions
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and judgment
- Experience in a matrixed environment with accountability but without direct line authority
