      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the optimization and scaling of sales across the franchise network
      - Design and implement a standardized sales playbook for all franchise locations
      - Monitor and enforce core sales performance metrics and provide actionable updates
      - Develop and deliver a national sales training curriculum for franchise owners and designers
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in franchised, retail, home improvement, or similar industries
      - Proven track record of increasing close rates, average ticket, and sales efficiency
      - Expertise in consultative, in-home selling and relationship building
      - Strong quantitative skills for translating sales data into actionable strategies
      - Exceptional presentation, coaching, and motivational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM and design software configurations
      - History of delivering training and presentations to executive and franchise audiences
      - Ability to travel regularly for in-market coaching and support
