What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions via video technology
- Process a variety of routine financial transactions and account service requests
- Educate customers on digital banking options and services offered by the employer
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Comply with financial policies and regulations while fostering effective partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School degree or GED required
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Prior banking experience, including processing teller transactions
- Strong listening and communication skills, especially through video
- Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions to customer issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recommending and referring banking products and services to customers
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital technology
- Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
