      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up on client cases to ensure customers receive the support they deserve
      - Provide exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues

      - Utilize technology effectively, including a computer, USB headset, and webcam
      - Type at a rate of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 11 or the most current macOS (no older than 5 years)
      - At least one 15" or larger monitor required for the position
      - Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a preference for a direct Ethernet connection
      - Ability to sit for extended periods and possess manual dexterity
      - Availability to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts
