What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual counseling on a full range of financial products and services to clients and their representatives
- Educate clients on investment options and facilitate new product purchases
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with retirement plan participants and executing service requests
- Utilize knowledge of tax and investment strategies to provide tailored financial advice
- Collaborate with cross-business teams to enhance TIAA products and services for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years preferred
- University degree preferred
- Required FINRA registrations: Series 7 and Series 63
- Life and Health Insurance License must be obtained within 120 days of start date
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
