What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer on-demand questions related to baby care, breastfeeding, and post-partum recovery
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via chat or video through the application
- Provide lactation support and education to help users overcome breastfeeding challenges
- Assist users in increasing milk supply and managing breastfeeding pain
- Offer guidance on finding the best nursing positions for comfort
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting, such as concierge or front office roles
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Lactation Consultant (CLC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote healthcare environment
- Additional certifications related to maternal and infant health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
