What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients to ensure safety
- Function as a Virtual Buddy Sitter, staffing the video room and rounding on admitted patients
- Offer physical bedside support when acting as a Runner on patient units
- Set up equipment and assist bedside staff as needed
- Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver superior patient care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required
- Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) certification required
- Related healthcare experience preferred
- Must be available for full-time night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient observation or safety roles
- Additional certifications related to patient care or safety
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to engage in ongoing education and training
