What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients
- Adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed an accredited PA program with a national certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
- Current licensure in NY with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
