What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own customer success end-to-end, from technical discovery to production deployment
- Conduct live demos and onsite evaluations to ensure successful AI vision system deployments
- Troubleshoot issues on the factory floor and drive opportunities toward scaled deployments
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance the performance of AI cameras in manufacturing settings
- Identify projects where AI inspection can have a real impact and conduct technical evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles or high-intensity environments
- Proven ability to operate independently and learn quickly in demanding situations
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time
- Engineering background with a hands-on learning approach
