What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support critical operations by answering questions from Visual Interpreters and resolving technical escalations
- Foster community engagement and connection among Visual Interpreters
- Act as a Visual Interpreter during high-profile demonstrations
- Report performance discrepancies and operational results during scheduled shifts
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and Explorers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience, managing 20+ individuals
- Availability to work specified part-time shifts
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Experience in a high-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in assistive technology or related fields
- Proven track record of coaching and motivating team members
