What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer demonstrations and exercises for the Watchtower product, both virtually and on-site
- Support the technical aspects of the Product Sales strategy
- Assist in the development of the International Sales strategy
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain complex network solutions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of related Network Engineering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience supporting the sale of SaaS products
- Familiarity with the Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) software ecosystem and AWS cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ certification and/or relevant 8570/8140 requirements
- Experience with server management, LDAP, and mobile management solutions
- Knowledge of networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
