      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention for Yelp's advertisers
      - Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while logged into an inbound phone queue
      - Highlight ad performance metrics to demonstrate the value of Yelp to clients
      - Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
      - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly performance goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
      - Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or working with small businesses
      - A passion for local businesses and an understanding of their role in local economies
