What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with members using an established database of individuals who have requested information
- Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
- Clearly explain available coverage options and answer client questions
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application and enrollment process
- Support active policyholders with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. resident or citizen
- Must be legally authorized to work and physically located in the United States
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
