      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as Project Manager on the client side, leading efforts during ADP status calls
      - Host working sessions and regular alignment meetings with stakeholders and the ADP Project Manager
      - Support requirements gathering and assist in the design of payroll and HRIS solutions
      - Validate data and perform dual maintenance by updating employee information in Workforce Now
      - Assist with testing payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, and support the Go-Live process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience as a WFN Project Lead
      - Proven data validation and dual maintenance experience
      - Knowledge of WFN Payroll, Benefits, and HR modules
      - Familiarity with Kronos/UKG systems
      - Ability to work effectively with clients across different time zones (East Coast and West Coast)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a consulting environment
      - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
      - Ability to facilitate training for new users
      - Experience with data analysis and reporting adjustments
