Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice
Responsibilities:
• Act as Project Manager on client side
• Lead Client-side effort on ADP status calls (Client will need some involvement)
• Host working sessions with the Client
• Host regular alignment meetings with ADP Project Manager
• Meet with Stakeholders to understand company set up and design (Payroll, HRIS, other modules)
• Support requirements gathering for current set up and design of acquired company inside legacy solution
• Support the build and design of WFN
• Assist Client with completing Analysis with ADP Implementation Team
• Assist with the pull of Masterfile data from Kronos/UKG
• Validate all the data and assist in corrections, including benefits.
• Perform dual maintenance by adding new hire info and changes to current employee data to Workforce Now once Masterfile is pulled from current system
• Test payroll, benefits, & HRIS
• Make adjustments to reports so new employee population is captured on file feeds/carrier connections
• Assist with Training new users
• Support Go-Live
• Hypercare - stay on for 1-2 weeks after Go-Live
Required Qualification(s):
WFN Project Lead
Data Validation/Dual Maintenance experience
Knowledge of WFN Payroll, Benefits, HR modules
Kronos/UKG knowledge/experience
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of with an initial duration through Janauary 18th, 2025, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Estimate of 15-30 hours per week
Working Hours: Client is on East Coast. Acquired company is on West Coast.
