What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead analysis of user experience with technology, identifying friction points and quantifying business impact
- Own and manage the N-Tech Support Services and Enablement Portfolio, focusing on new and deprecating products
- Design and execute communication strategies for product launches and change management
- Create and maintain training assets to support user adoption and ongoing skill growth
- Leverage Generative AI tools for analysis and content creation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and understand user interactions with technology
- Experience managing product or service portfolios, including readiness and supportability assessments
- Excellent written communication skills for creating actionable deliverables and narratives
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools or a strong aptitude for using such tools
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Experience in user advocacy and translating insights into impactful recommendations
- Familiarity with designing learning programs or enablement content for diverse audiences
- Interest in continuously developing skills related to Generative AI and supporting others in its adoption
