What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure growth in the San Antonio market
- Monitor and audit commercial activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate and execute Barcel customer and marketing strategies
- Coach and develop sales operations teams on performance standards and expectations
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships to drive Barcel performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, including management and negotiation
- Proven experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
- Must be able to travel domestically up to 50%
- Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of San Antonio, Texas (25-75 miles)
