What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve routine customer requests via inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Provide courteous and professional assistance while confirming customer requirements
- Educate customers and provide additional information as needed
- Research complex issues using multiple databases to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative support for medical record management and HIPAA compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently with strong computer competency
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn and apply new processes regularly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- 1 year or more experience in a contact center or call center
- 1 year or more experience in the healthcare industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
