What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile QA/QC data into structured datasets from various platforms
- Automate reporting workflows to deliver timely dashboards to project teams
- Conduct trend analyses to identify quality issues and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with teams to standardize inspection and verification procedures
- Review contract clauses to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in quality analysis, project controls, or data analytics within construction or renewable energy sectors
- Familiarity with solar PV systems and QA/QC workflows
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear narratives and recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Analyst, or equivalent certification
