What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop full-stack applications supporting programs and business operations
- Architect and develop cross-system data integrations to improve data accessibility
- Maintain automation scripts to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
- Lead data collection efforts and perform trend analysis to identify performance challenges
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to align project goals and identify improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development with strong coding skills in C# and SQL
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with on-time delivery within the past 12 months
- Ability to obtain and maintain active DoD Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with React or other front-end frameworks
- Familiarity with Python, especially with Django
- Proficiency in ASP.NET and/or Windows Forms environments
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization packages (e.g., ChartJS, matplotlib)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
