- Oversee assembly operations, ensuring adherence to FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
- Use lean manufacturing principles to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and workflow.
- Work with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
- Approve design changes and assess manufacturability for new processes.
- Maintain accurate production records and report work status.
- Set and deliver on challenging yet achievable goals within available resources.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term growth targets.
- Maintain organization and strategic training plans for the production area.

- High school diploma with 8+ years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Self-starter with motivation for continuous improvement
- Proven ability to lead production teams by defining measurable goals, implementing performance standards, and utilizing structured feedback systems to drive accountability and operational excellence.
- Competence in data analysis for process improvement and KPI tracking.
