      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and cancel patient appointments using the hospital system
      - Conduct insurance verification and benefit explanations for patients
      - Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
      - Maintain accurate patient information and create new patient charts as needed
      - Greet and assist the public in a professional and friendly manner while handling phone inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience
      - Basic proficiency with computers, preferably MS Office
      - Excellent telephone etiquette skills
      - General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Background in registration, billing, or scheduling within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with basic medical terminology
