      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and cancel patient appointments using the hospital system
      - Conduct pre-registration and verify patient insurance coverage
      - Create and update patient charts and input accurate patient information
      - Meet and assist the public while handling incoming calls professionally
      - Resolve conflicts and demonstrate effective service recovery skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience
      - Basic proficiency with computers, preferably MS Office
      - Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
      - General knowledge of office machines, including printers and scanners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Background in registration, billing, or scheduling within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with basic medical terminology
