      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and cancel patient appointments
      - Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients
      - Maintain accurate patient records and input/update patient information
      - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting the public
      - Attend required training sessions and participate in staff meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Basic proficiency with computers, preferably MS Office
      - Excellent telephone etiquette skills
      - General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare setting
      - Knowledge of basic medical terminology
