      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a patient resource for scheduling and billing inquiries
      - Facilitate comprehensive patient data collection and timely billing processes
      - Coordinate scheduling and resolve conflicts to ensure seamless patient care
      - Perform all duties of the Access Coordinator I & II level as needed
      - Support patient care activities through various administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in registration, billing, or scheduling within a healthcare environment
      - Ability to perform all duties of the Access Coordinator I and II levels
      - Basic proficiency with computers and data entry; MS Office preferred
      - Knowledge of basic medical terminology required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Health-care Access Associate (CHAA) Certification
      - Experience with external radiology testing
      - Familiarity with CPT codes and medical terminology
