      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase territory market opportunities
      - Report to the Sr. Vice President, Strategic Accounts, Hospitality
      - Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, build relationships, think strategically, and provide solutions to customers
      - Utilize proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM – Dynamics
      - Strong writing and editing skills required for effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 4+ years of sales-related experience required (flooring experience not mandatory but beneficial)
      - 1+ years of CRM experience strongly preferred
      - Ability to travel overnight is required (~20%)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM – Dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in flooring or related industries
      - Experience with sustainable business practices or environmental initiatives
