What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities, from prospecting to closing
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover operational challenges and staffing needs
- Demonstrate and tailor Medely’s platform to meet the specific needs of each facility
- Generate a pipeline primarily through self-prospecting and relationship-building
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology
- Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling and closing multi-contact opportunities
- Ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting
- Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers within an account
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or regulated industry is a plus
- Strong resilience and self-motivation in a remote sales environment
- Familiarity with sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
