      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage your own book of business while building and managing an end-to-end sales pipeline
      - Conduct market research and develop marketing and networking plans for the Dallas territory
      - Proactively prospect for new business through various sales tools and cold outreach
      - Communicate the company's value proposition effectively to potential customers
      - Serve as an ambassador for the employer's solutions, advocating for product development based on customer feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Executive, with at least 1 year managing a complete sales cycle
      - Proven experience in lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting, such as SaaS or Fintech
      - Cold-calling experience is required
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and gather information during sales interactions
      - Willingness to travel within the territory (approximately 25% travel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo
      - Familiarity with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot, as well as 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B
      - A hunter mentality focused on acquiring new prospects and closing deals
      - Passion for sales and relationship-building in customer engagements
      - Ability to simplify complex topics for better customer understanding
