      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer customer calls and address concerns from the Residential Pumping Queue
      - Provide engaging and educational customer service related to pumping services and options
      - Schedule residential pumping services and document calls according to department requirements
      - Maintain the order management system by entering service orders and fulfilling customer requests
      - Resolve customer issues by researching and implementing solutions, escalating when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Basic computer literacy, including email and internet skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
      - Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively
      - Familiarity with non-hazardous liquid waste systems or related services
