      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of remote customer service managers and associates in the U.S. and Mexico to deliver exceptional service
      - Implement operating practices that drive continuous improvement and innovation
      - Develop strategies for operational performance, employee engagement, and talent management
      - Analyze department performance and prepare regular reports using data to inform decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree is required
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a call center industry, including leadership experience
      - Knowledge of customer service industry trends and technological advances
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and call center software
      - Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and projects

      - Familiarity with call, order, OCR, and workforce management systems
      - Ability to plan and execute based on analytics
      - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
