What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed quality control reviews of third-party vendor data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform comprehensive quality checks on case/order data before processing
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or errors as needed
- Manage direct data entry for rush or exception-based orders
- Communicate proactively about workload and potential delays to team members and management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and independent judgment
- Minimum knowledge of the records retrieval process and quality control standards
- Familiarity with Federal & Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Clear communication skills for escalation and collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the records retrieval industry or related field
- Previous roles involving quality control and data management
- Familiarity with relevant software and legal competencies in this industry
- Proven ability to manage workload efficiently in a remote setting
