What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and networking
- Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts while utilizing Salesforce
- Stay informed on industry trends to enhance market presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling value-based products and/or services
- Available for local and overnight travel within the assigned territory 2-3 days per week
- Missional mindset with a commitment to supporting and serving the church
- Proven success in outside sales and client relationship management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM system
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and cold calling
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
