What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate sales opportunities and exceed monthly sales, renewal, and churn targets by contacting leads and managing customer inquiries
- Build and maintain customer relationships to identify up-sell and renewal opportunities while effectively resolving account issues
- Perform accurate data entry and system navigation to support account management
- Engage in continuous training to maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge
- Demonstrate professional conduct by adhering to ethical standards and supporting an inclusive team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Public Safety vertical or Wireless Industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and sales reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in the Public Safety industry
- Demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales (B2B)
- Experience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales
- Strong industry knowledge of public safety sector needs
