      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all accounts payable processes for carriers, vendors, and subcontracted logistics partners
      - Supervise and develop accounts payable specialists across multiple customer accounts
      - Serve as the primary escalation point for payment status and disputes with carriers and vendors
      - Lead improvements in accounts payable workflows and develop key performance indicators
      - Identify and lead initiatives to automate or streamline Procure-to-Pay processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2-3 years in a 3PL, transportation, or freight-billing environment
      - Strong understanding of carrier contracts, accessorials, and freight terms
      - Experience managing high-volume logistics invoices across multiple modes
      - Proficiency with ERP and TMS platforms, along with strong Excel skills
