What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, verify, and process statements according to payment terms
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts for timely payments
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with company policies
- Resolve vendor issues to facilitate timely payment processing
- Provide customer support by responding to billing inquiries via email and phone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
