What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to support strategic decisions
- Establish metrics and provide data analyses to enhance business intelligence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and resolve data issues
- Develop and execute processes to ensure data integrity
- Assist in making and testing methodology changes using SQL, VBA, and Excel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
- Meets requirements for the employer's Actuarial Professional Development Program (APDP)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical skills, especially in SQL and VBA
- Experience in Individual Medicare Advantage
