      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a mentor and facilitator, providing guidance and academic support to nursing students.
      - Utilize various teaching methodologies to ensure students meet prescribed learning outcomes.
      - Participate in assessment activities to improve courses and programs as part of a continuous improvement plan.
      - Maintain scholarly activities and contribute to professional growth in accordance with university policies.
      - Assume responsibility for students in clinical settings, ensuring clarity of expectations and performance feedback.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
      - At least three years of experience in the field of nursing in which you will teach.
      - MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) required.
      - DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) or PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) required.
      - Professional nurse licensure required.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with online learning management systems to enhance student engagement.
      - Familiarity with state, federal, and local regulations related to nursing education and compliance.
