What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic management of executive calendars, including complex scheduling for senior leadership
- Prepare polished materials for executive briefings and manage follow-throughs
- Coordinate extensive travel logistics and expense management for executives
- Maintain the annual calendar and coordinate team participation in key industry events and conferences
- Support CRM data management, reporting, and lead coordination of vendor contract activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative or project management experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience in Venture Capital, Consulting, high-growth start-up environments, or corporate strategy environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level materials
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP Concur and Workday
- Strong organizational skills with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment in high-impact settings
