What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide travel support, including planning, booking, and expense reimbursement for staff and visitors
- Assist with procurement tasks and payment processing, including stipends and honoraria
- Support EdEC meetings by making arrangements, taking notes, and following up on outstanding items
- Assist with up to 16 evening or weekend educational events per year
- Collaborate with the administrative support team to enhance EdEC programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including editing and professional etiquette
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and general database management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with travel logistics, planning, and procedures
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Google Apps and network computing environments
