      The Opportunity
      We're looking for an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support Guidewire's Chief Marketing Officer and senior leaders across the Marketing organization. In this role, you'll help our leadership team by coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflows, and orchestrating day-to-day work to ensure that Marketing goals are met.. This may include calendar and travel coordination, expense reporting, light project and program support, and meeting logistics. You'll collaborate with leaders across functions and work closely with other executive assistants across Guidewire. You will report to Guidewire's CMO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their career, eager to learn, and ready to play a central role in supporting a dynamic and high-performing marketing team.

      Job Description

      Responsibilities:
      • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle scheduling conflicts with diplomacy
      • Plan and book travel itineraries, including air, hotel, and ground transportation
      • Prepare and submit expense reports and ensure timely processing of reimbursements
      • Support internal meeting logistics including agenda prep, attendee coordination, and follow-ups
      • Help track simple marketing programs and internal initiatives, ensuring tasks stay on schedule
      • Partner with other executive assistants and administrative staff to support team-wide activities and events
      • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the marketing leadership team

      Qualifications:
      • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a corporate or fast-paced environment
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
      • Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom; experience with Concur or similar travel/expense platforms is a plus
      • Comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently


      Location:
      We are open to a fully remote position, located anywhere in the United States

      The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $115,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
