      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for the Department of Pediatrics/Division of Neonatology
      - Coordinate office activities with the office manager and professional staff
      - Maintain physician schedule entries and gather information for credentialing
      - Oversee the completion of Time and Effort forms for the department
      - Manage IT inventory and assist with organizing meetings for residents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support, or
      - Associate's degree plus four (4) years of experience in general administrative office support, or
      - High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
