What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for the Department of Pediatrics/Division of Neonatology
- Coordinate office activities with the office manager and other professional staff
- Maintain physician schedule entries and assist in credentialing for Neonatology Faculty
- Manage purchase orders and travel arrangements for faculty physicians
- Organize meetings and events for residents and faculty
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support; or
- Associate’s degree with four (4) years of experience in general administrative office support; or
- High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Qgenda) and SAP
