      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support payroll processing, including time and attendance tracking and reporting commissions
      - Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with HR regulations
      - Review and maintain management reports related to inventory and performance metrics
      - Assist in new hire orientation and preparation of new hire packets
      - Support daily office functions, including ordering supplies and managing billing processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-5 years of work experience in a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
      - Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Oracle Business Suite is a plus
      - Associate degree preferred but not required
