What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Financial Assistance Department with phone calls, email inquiries, and assigned tasks
- Assist students with FAFSA, Entrance Counseling, and Master Promissory Note processes
- Process student invoices and perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Collaborate with financial assistance advisors and update reports and spreadsheets
- Collect student documents and manage scanning to image now
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly master new computer applications and demonstrate strong, accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for basic/moderate level functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a higher education setting
- Familiarity with financial aid processes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
