      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and family-centered care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults
      - Collaborate with attending physicians, residents, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams in the outpatient pediatric setting
      - Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of pediatric conditions independently and as part of a care team
      - Act as a clinician, consultant, educator, and advocate for patients and their families
      - Document all care clearly, accurately, and in a timely fashion in the electronic health record system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing OR Licensure as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Washington
      - Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges or national certification from a national certifying body (NCCPA)
      - National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
      - ACLS certification
      - Eligibility to receive hospital staff appointments for adjunct staff membership under Medical Staff By-Laws for hospital-based positions

      - Experience in pediatric care or working with vulnerable populations
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Commitment to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
      - Ability to educate patients, families, and nursing staff effectively
