What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set a clear creative vision and visual direction for internal communications and learning experiences
- Independently lead end-to-end creative projects from ideation through design and final delivery
- Uphold brand and design standards while partnering with stakeholders and creative teams
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Apply AI tools in creative workflows and maintain craft proficiency in design software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Art Direction with a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling
- Proven ability to set visual direction and guide successful execution of creative projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fluency with modern design tools such as Figma
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience building visual systems that enhance quality and scalability across teams
- Ability to work at various levels, from hands-on creation to higher-level support
