What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process urgent air travel outside of business hours for various individuals, including shipboard officers, crew members, entertainers, vendors, contractors, and shoreside employees
- Provide excellent customer service and support for cruise guests with disrupted travel plans or immediate flight assistance
- Administer hotel and ground transportation arrangements for shipboard officers, crew members, and entertainers
- Answer phone calls and monitor emails for urgent assistance outside of business hours
- Find the best air ticket options based on price, convenience, and comfort

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a travel agency, airline, or wholesale travel agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work independently and think quickly
- Knowledge of Sabre airline reservations system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Sabre airline reservations system
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
